01 General Terms

03 Age Requirement

The f5777 platform is for persons aged 21 or older only. Participation by anyone under age is strictly prohibited.

If a user opens an account by providing a false date of birth and it is later proven that they were under 21 years of age, then:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• All bonuses and winnings earned from bonuses will be considered void.
• f5777 will decide at its own discretion whether to refund the deposited principal amount.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The approved payment methods for depositing money on the f5777 platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are not accepted by any method other than these four mobile financial services (MFS).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable for each method).
• The registered mobile number must be used when making a deposit.
• Depositing from a third-party number or account is prohibited.
• If the deposited amount is not credited to your account, please contact support with proof of the deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The same approved methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) must also be used for withdrawals.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after verification.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method by which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals of large amounts may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will remain on hold if the wagering conditions of any active bonus have not been met.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not possible.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

f5777 offers new users a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, 20 times the bonus amount must be wagered. This wagering count is based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Before the wagering conditions are met, only the deposited amount is withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus is applicable only once and cannot be used together with other offers.
• Accepting a bonus is optional; users may play without a bonus if they wish.
• f5777 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be cancelled.
• Multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

f5777's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits. Cashback terms apply separately for each tier and f5777 reserves the right to change these terms.

06 Gaming Rules

All games on the f5777 platform are conducted fairly and impartially. Game results are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any game remains incomplete due to a technical error, f5777 will make a decision according to the applicable rules.

• For sports betting, the outcome of an event will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant authority.

6.2 Cancellations & Refunds

If an event is cancelled or remains incomplete, the amount wagered on that event will be returned to the user's account, subject to f5777's own discretion.

07 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using false or fabricated information.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Exploiting the bonus system for misconduct or abusing bonuses.
• Taking advantage of technical errors.
• Using programs, bots, or automation software.

• Attempting to intrude into f5777's systems or network.
• Behaving disrespectfully toward other users.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's name or account.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 f5777's Rights

f5777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or fake information.
• Suspicion of fraud or dishonest conduct.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Violation of the age requirement.

8.2 User Rights

A user may request to voluntarily close their account at any time. In this case, the existing balance (excluding bonuses if wagering conditions have not been met) will be withdrawable.
